In the present document we would like to provide you with information about your rights related to
your personal data processing to which may occur with your visit or use of our website www.dioflex.cz
in the course of the trade with company DIOFLEX s.r.o., ID 26804557, with the residence Pletařská 2671,
756 61 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Czech Republic, and possibly in other cases such a visit of our pages on
Facebook.
We do not share your data with our other entities unless your consent was given to us. We may also
share your data in cases where this obligation is imposed on us by a valid legal norm or allows us to
share it or when our legitimate interest is given.

respect valid legal regulations and we process it only in the range for the processing purpose. We

As the administrator, we collect and process your data, and we are responsible for ensuring your data
to be processed properly and in accordance with law.
Web www.dioflex.cz serves primarily as an informative web site. However, we use on this site the tools
for web analysis (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hotjar, and cookies) that automatically and above
of all acquire your IP address. Please note that the data obtained from analytics tools do not have to be
personal data in all cases, because even a combination of these data may not allow to identify you
(Google makes so-called anonymization of your IP address, Hotjar Company does not store your full IP
address).
The analytical tools are used to increase the productivity of our website. Google Company has already

Within our web www.dioflex.cz there can be found a section called CAREER the main purpose of which
is to inform you about our company vacant job positions.

wanted us to keep your CV longer and addressed you in case a suitable job is released for you, you may

Our company wants to be in touch with you and to provide you with news from our company society.

If you follow us on social networks, we do not process your data in any way. Social networks serve only

Individual social network operators are in this case responsible for adoption of your personal data

If you arrange a visit of our company please note that our premises are monitored by cameras to protect
the company property and also for the safety of you and your stuff. If you drive to our company, your
car registration mark is also read by cameras. The cameras monitored rooms are properly marked with
information boards. We do not keep recordings from cameras for more than 7 days.
Access to our premises has to be monitored for security reasons to overview the people who can be
found there in case any problem occurred. We do not share the camera recordings with anyone. We
are only authorized to hand the camera records over to law enforcement authorities in criminal
proceedings solely if the offense was committed.
In some cases, our company provides you with transportation and accommodation. In order to arrange
everything essential we need some of your data required by transportation companies and
accommodation facilities. We do not use such data for any other purposes and we do not process it
further after the transport / accommodation arrangement.
Our company organizes corporate events for its employees especially of cultural character. If you find
yourself in such company events as a visit or our employee´s family member, please note that there are
made audiovisual records including photographs which may be published on our social networks or
exceptionally also in our product catalogs possibly in a monthly of our mother company ROBE lighting
s.r.o. ID 640 88 791 with the seat in Hážovice 2090, 756 61 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.
Provided that you wish to participate the event even in such a situation, then we presume that entering
the action you gave your permission to expand your appearance, and that with respect to all
circumstances, you may reasonably assume the image may be further spread by our company (for the
purposes stated above solely).
Public relation and our technology presentation is very important to us, and since there is a large
number of people at various relevant events, it would not be technically practicable in case of your
disagreement and objections to ensure your portrait not to be pictured in any way. Please note that we
spend a lot of money on our promotion materials, and if you requested the photos deletion after their
release, it would be for us unduly burdensome.
We do not intend to abuse your portraits in any way. If you explicitly declines to have any picture of
your portraits, we would like to ask you not to participate in company events in relation to your personal
rights protection.
Our company has an extensive network of its suppliers. If you are our contractor, we shall, due mutual
contractual relationship existence, process some of your data for the proper performance of the
contract, dealing with orders / deliveries, issuing of invoices, invoices payment, accounting, and related
agenda. We do not share your data with anyone unless the law (in particular of tax obligations) provides
so, unless our legitimate interest is given or if you do not give us permission to do so.
Your data is kept especially in an information system of which provider in the Czech Republic (AXIOM
PROVIS Int., s.r.o., ID Zlín, Pod Vrškem 5360, 761 01) we have a contract for the personal data processing
with.
We process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship between us. Upon termination of
the contractual relationship, your data is processed within the limitation period of any claims arising out
of our business relationship (legal legitimate reason) and in accordance with applicable legal regulations
of the Czech Republic. The data which do not have to be after the expiry of the limitation period
hereafter processed under the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic, shall be destroyed without
undue delay.
If you are our customer, we shall, due to a mutual contractual relationship existence, process some of
your data for proper contract performance, dealing with orders / deliveries, issuing of invoices,
accounting and related agenda. We do not share your data with anyone unless the law (in particular tax
obligations) provides so, unless our legitimate interest is given or if you do not give us a permission to
do so.

disabled people and other subjects. If we support you financially in the form of sponsorship donations,
we shall conclude a contract with you and process certain data about you in order to comply with our
contractual and statutory obligations. In the event of your sponsorship termination or if it was just a
one-time financial support, we will keep the contracts concluded with you (or your data) for the time
set within the legislation.
In some cases you are necessary to sign a contract with us, whether it is purchase, sale, services
securing, tutorials organization and other cases when you enter into a contractual relationship with us.
For the duration of our contractual relationship, we have to process your data for the purpose of the
contract performance. In some cases, this obligation is also imposed on us by a legal directive. Once the
contractual relationship is terminated, we process your data only for the duration of the limitation
period of any claims arising from our contractual relationship (legal and legitimate reason) and in
accordance with applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The data which does not have to be
after the expiry of the limitation period kept processing under the applicable legal regulations of the
Czech Republic such data shall be eliminated without purposeless delay.
In case for whatever reason you contact us we have to, for a period of communication with you until
the matter is resolved, process some of your data, especially the contact ones. We have no reason to
continue processing your data once your request is resolved unless you become our client or a different
legal relationship comes to existence between us.
The e-mails we receive from you are erased by our employees regularly your data not to be available
longer than the purpose requires, if you are no longer our client or if no other legal relationship has
emerged.
You have the right to ask us to confirm whether are or are not the personal data relating you processed.

presume that we process your data illegally or we have no longer the reason to process it at the e-mail

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data concerning you forthwith if you presume that
we no longer have any reason to process your personal data, if you withdraw your consent or if you
presume we process your data illegally.
We will not delete your data if your personal data processing is necessary to fulfill our legal obligation
established by EU law and the law of the Czech Republic or if your personal data processing is necessary
for the purpose of archiving in the public interest, for the purpose of scientific or historical research, for
statistical purposes, and for function or performance of our legal claims defense. Request for deletion

You have the right to obtain personal data relating you and provided to us in a structured, commonly
used and machine-readable format, and you also have the right to hand this information to another
administrator by sending your application to the email address info@dioflex.cz.
We have already accepted and have been accepting organizational, technical, administrative, and
security measures to protect your data as efficient as possible and to prevent your data accidental,
unlawful or unauthorized damage, loss, alteration, disclosure or use.
